Terms & Conditions

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Method of Payment

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in US$.
  • Dreshak Hotels Management DMCC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • This is a confirmed guaranteed booking payment. In case of cancellation following charges will apply as per the cancellation date:
    • 25% of the 1ST night stay amount if cancellation is done in less than 72 hours of arrival
    • 50% of the 1ST night stay amount if cancellation is done in less than 48 hours of arrival
    • 75% of the 1ST night stay amount if cancellation is done in less than 36 hours of arrival
    • 100% of the 1ST night stay amount if cancellation is done in less than 24 hours of arrival considered as NO show.
  • During the peak periods (Shabaniya, Arafa, Muharram, Arbaeen ) or any other occasion declared by the Baron Hotel as special , there will be NO REFUND of any amount paid against confirmed booking.
  • The refund of amount can  only be done,  against the approved letter from the Baron Hotel duly signed by the following authorized Managers

Packages' Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund will be done ONLY to Credit Card used for payment.
  • Refund will not be done by Cash in case payment received via Credit Card.
  • The Baron Hotel will not be liable to pay intermediator bank charges or client bank charges against the receipt of refunded amount.
  • A written notice to be received from beneficiary against amount to be refunded.
  • Maximum time of refund will be 10 days from the date of receipt of notice.
